5241-5247 Florence Avenue - Florence/Walker Site

At the 5241 Florence Walker Site, the City is exploring a future
mixed-use commercial development with low and very-low income affordable housing units and green-space linking parcel to a park that is currently in development.

The planned reuses will benefit low-income residents in the
surrounding neighborhood by providing access to green space,
increase in available affordable housing and easy access to commercial retail stores. No structures currently exist on the site, long-term construction jobs will be available when developed.
