5246 Florence Avenue - Florence Mobile Site

The property at 5246 Florence Ave currently operates as a mobile home park. The City supports on-site redevelopment to increase affordable housing units and home ownership, and is exploring options for the Site’s future. The City is additionally seeking grant funds to help finance the acquisition, conversion, rehabilitation, and replacement of mobile home parks and individual mobile homes.

The planned reuses would benefit low-income residents in the surrounding neighborhood by providing access to green space, increase in available affordable housing and easy access to commercial retail stores. No structures currently exist on the site, short- & long- term onstuctions jobs will be available when developed.
