7020 Atlantic Avenue - Jack's Car Wash Site

​​The Site is composed of approximately 0.54 acres and is developed as a car wash known as Jack’s Car Wash. The Site was first developed as a car wash around 1950, and is bounded by commercial properties to the north and south, residences to the east, and South Atlantic Avenue to the west.

The proposed and planned reuse of the Site is to be retail needed by the community. Commercial retail will provide access to affordable services that not currently available in the area. The site is centrally located and within walking distance from much of the community. With the establishment of commercial retail, people working and living in the neighborhood will have easy access to new and necessary services.
