​​The proposed and planned reuse of the Site is to be retail uses that are needed in the community. Commercial retail will provide access to affordable services that are not currently available in the area. The site is centrally located and within walking distance from much of the community. With the establishment of commercial retail, people working and living in the neighborhood will have easy access to new and necessary services.
